‍

Is IACC for Teams training evidence-based and aligned with modern HR and leadership best practices?
IACC for Teams

Yes. Our programs are grounded in established research from organizational psychology, adult learning, career development, and behavior change and aligned with modern best practices in leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement.

We focus on practical, skill-based learning that leaders can apply immediately, not abstract theory or one-size-fits-all frameworks.

How do you tailor the training to our organization and talent strategy?
IACC for Teams

We begin with a discovery conversation to understand your business context, workforce priorities, and talent goals, whether that’s strengthening succession pipelines, improving manager capability, supporting transitions, or enabling internal mobility.

From there, we adapt language, scenarios, case examples, and emphasis areas to reflect your organization’s culture, challenges, and leadership expectations, ensuring the training feels relevant, practical, and aligned with your broader people strategy.

What’s the difference between a Custom Package, a Workshop, and a General Cohort?
IACC for Teams

Custom Packages are fully tailored programs delivered exclusively to your organization, aligned to your goals, timelines, and talent strategy.

Workshops are focused, interactive sessions (half-day or full-day) designed to build specific coaching capabilities quickly. Ideal for leadership or team offsites, kickoffs, or development series.

General Cohorts allow individual team members to join scheduled programs alongside professionals from other organizations, offering flexibility and cross-industry learning.

All three formats are grounded in the same evidence-based approach, the difference is the level of customization, scale, and integration with your internal strategy.
