Can I take Business & Marketing Foundations before I’m fully ready to launch my business?
Business & Marketing Foundations

Yes. Many participants take Business & Marketing Foundations while they are still in training or early in their journey so they can build clarity and confidence before launching.

Others take it after they’ve launched to refine their strategy, improve consistency, or break through a growth plateau. The program is designed to support you wherever you are in the process.

Should I attend the 3-day Live Business Bootcamp if I’m taking Business & Marketing Foundations?
Business & Marketing Foundations

If you are also completing a certification such as SPCC, SPRC, or SPRW, we recommend attending the 3-day Live Business Bootcamp once after your first certification program and before Business & Marketing Foundations.

Business & Marketing Foundations complements the Bootcamp by helping you build on what you learned in the 3-day Live Business Bootcamp to refine, implement, and sustain your business and marketing strategy over time.

Do I get to meet and interact with other participants in the Business & Marketing Foundations course?
Business & Marketing Foundations

Yes! You’ll participate in live group sessions and have access to the IACC community where you can connect with other coaches, share ideas, and learn from peers who are building their practices alongside you.

Many participants find that this community element is one of the most valuable parts of the experience.

How much of the Business & Marketing Foundations course is theory vs hands-on learning?
Business & Marketing Foundations

The International Association of Career Coaches (IACC)® is committed to practical, applied learning.

In Business & Marketing Foundations, the focus is on helping you do marketing — not just learn about it. While you’ll learn enough theory to understand the “why” behind each concept, the majority of the program is practical and action-oriented, with live feedback and support to help you apply what you’re learning.

You can expect to receive:

  • Messaging and positioning frameworks
  • Business and marketing templates
  • Sample copy and examples
  • Real-time feedback and implementation support
