WALNUT CREEK, CA USA OCTOBER 27, 2022 - International Association of Career Coaches (IACC), a career coaching association with members across the globe, announced a new addition to their leadership team.
Annette Garsteck, SPCC of Annette Garsteck Career Consulting, will serve as the director of the IACC Coaching Collective, charged with growing online community engagement, building our community dynamics, and facilitating the IACC Insights monthly calls. Annette has a strong history of giving back to the career coach community by training other coaches on how to use social media to amplify their online presence and expand their businesses. She also co-founded a learning forum for our Path to MPCC group to inspire continuous growth and evolve coaching practices. Her commitment to sharing her knowledge and building engaging communities positions her well for making a positive impact in the IACC.
“We are so excited for Annette to fill this newly defined role as Director, IACC Coaching Collective to further the support and education we offer to coaches in our community,” said Cara Heilmann, the IACC’s President. “With the growing demand for career coaches, the Coaching Collective serves as a valuable resource for coaches to network and learn from one another in an inclusive environment.
Annette will begin working with our outgoing Executive Director, Christy Watz, to ensure a smooth transition in January 2023. We look forward to seeing Annette build upon Christy’s work and be a part of our evolution.
