IACC Approved as an HRCI® Recertification Provider

HR professionals can now earn HRCI® recertification credits through IACC programs in career coaching, resilience coaching, and résumé writing.

The International Association of Career Coaches (IACC)® is pleased to announce that it has been officially approved as a Human Resource Certification Institute® (HRCI®) Recertification Provider. This designation allows HR professionals to earn recertification credits through select IACC training programs.

This approval reflects the growing alignment between career coaching and human resources, as organizations increasingly recognize the value of coaching skills in supporting employee development, career mobility, and workplace resilience.

For years, the IACC has trained hundreds of professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, including human resource leaders, learning and development specialists, and talent professionals. With this new partnership, HR practitioners maintaining HRCI certifications will be able to earn recertification credits while building practical coaching skills they can apply directly in their work.

IACC programs focus on applied learning and real-world practice. Courses in career coaching, resilience coaching, and résumé writing provide participants with structured frameworks, hands-on exercises, and tools designed to support professionals navigating today’s complex and evolving job market.
