Business Essentials and Coaching

  • 12 months of business coaching from Cara Heilmann in group cohort calls. Plus, additional coaching and support from other career coaches in the Path.

  • Learn sales techniques from Lisa Tober, IACC's Director of Client Success, who has over 15 years of direct B2C sales experience to help you refine your sales process quickly and improve your odds of closing the deal with new clients.

Exclusive Access to Tools and Networks

  • Access to Cara's database of thousands of executive recruiters to generate lists for your clients, to level up immediately and show clients your deep expertise and resources without doing all the research on your own.

  • Full support in creating professionally aligned dossiers through a Master résumé writer's expertise, so your dossiers help get your clients the interview.

  • Lifetime access to the Path community to stay connected with coaches pursuing the highest levels of excellence in career coaching.

Community and Accountability

  • Support attaining all the requirements for MPCC accreditation, which is why we've waived all certification fees for Path members.

Get MPCC Certified at no additional cost

Whether you are working towards your MPCC accreditation or not, regular participation in the Path will put you in a great position to earn your MPCC designation. When you're ready, we'll even waive your certification fee - an additional value of $3,500!
